Before you sign up for Camp, please read the following carefully.

Enrollment starts January 20th 2025

  • Creating an Account: If you've never participated in a Cedarland program before, you can create an account HERE. If you're a returning family, you can log in HERE. From your account, you can submit your enrollment request, update your contact info, see your balance, and download your invoice whenever you want. If you find you can't remember your password, there is an option to reset your password. 
  • Sign-Up Policy: Signing up for 2 consecutive weeks following our session dates gives your camper the most successful experience. 
  • Health Form: The Health Form is an online form you need to fill out when you register for Summer Camp. It's important because it tells us about your child's health history. Please have your insurance info and your child's doctor and dentist's contact info ready when you fill out the form. For more information on Health Forms please click HERE
  • Enrollment Approval: We'll send you an email as soon as we approve your enrollment. We'll include your invoice with any discounts you're eligible for. Please be patient as the initial registration process is a busy time.
  • Waitlist: If the session you are requesting is full, you'll be added to the waitlist. Campers on the waitlist are not charged anything. We keep an eye on the waitlist and will contact you directly if any spots open up. We do our best to accommodate as many campers as we can.
    • A special note about siblings: We understand that families would like to have siblings attend the same camp during the same sessions. We will do our best to accommodate your family if there is space for one child, but the other(s) are waitlisted.
  • Discounts and Financial Policies: can be found HERE
  • Switching, Adding, or Cancelling Weeks: You can't add, switch, or cancel weeks from the portal once you've submitted your enrollment request. If you need to make changes, please contact Joe Morin at [email protected] to do it manually. Keep in mind that switching and adding weeks are subject to availability.
